I am using Bluehost for more than 2 years now for one of my WordPress related blog. You have to keep a track to find out the special Bluehost Coupon, as they offer that occasionally only through the year.

But even if you get any discount from Bluehost, remember that while renewing your hosting plan you will be charged the actual fee. So, the discounts are only for the first year.

In case you buy a 36-month plan or more while buying the first time, you can seriously save huge money.
