US House Judiciary Committee begins impeachment process

The impeachment process is now well and truly upon US President Donald Trump. The US House of Representatives’ Judiciary Committee on Tuesday began hearing testimony from law professors and constitutional experts on the case for impeachment (or otherwise) after it received from the House Intelligence Committee a 300-page report detailing “overwhelming” evidence misconduct and obstruction of justice by the President.
