Naoroji commemorated on London blue plaque
A towering figure of the early Indian Independence Movement who is considered the father of Indian nationalism, Dadabhai Naoroji, has been commemorated on a blue plaque in London. The plaque was unveiled on Wednesday on the exterior of a red-bricked semi-detached house, 72 Anerley Park, Penge, in southeast London, where the Grand Old Man of India lived.
